a player seeking advice
2. Let a player job shadow you at
a key presentation, business meeting, or at the office
for a few days, or a week
3. Hire a player during the off
season as a co-op or intern
4. Help a player prepare for an
interview with a mock interview
5. Debrief a key interview (or meeting)
with a player, and offer your feedback
6. Help a player get connected to
other professionals who can help them
7. Actively participate in a player
getting the job training they need
8. Financially sponsor a player
to receive the transition support they need with SPI
